Buck’s smell fills his nostrils, the scent of sweets and roses overflowing his senses, making him take a step back. And underneath it, undeniable, exhilarating— “Buck, did you come into class… in heat?” Eddie’s voice has turned into a rasp, his fingers gripping at the edge of his desk as if trying to stop himself from eating Buck whole. Buck’s eyes go wide at the accusation, before hiding his true expression by narrowing down his eyes. The bratty look is back, Buck shrugging as he asks, nonchalant, “What if I am? It’s none of your business, Sir.” Or: Eddie's new favorite student has a bit of a heat problem. Eddie would be a bad teacher if he didn't help, right?
