Fics like Harry Potter and the First Great Sin

Salazar Slytherin is dead. By some miracle, his Heir, Harrison Potter-Black, is not, even after so many encounters that should’ve spelled the end for the small boy. Two of them by an Heir that he’d had so much hope for. A boy named Tom Riddle, now little more than a wraith, desperately trying to kill the new little boy Salazar was finding tentative hope in once more. Join Salazar and the dead as they try their best to help Harry through the chaos of Hogwarts as new threats wreak havoc in her halls: more havoc, somehow, than Voldemort last year. Harry Potter-Black is frustrated. After the mess of last year, he was desperately hoping to figure out what a normal year of Hogwarts would be like. But when new mysteries start to unfold, and Harry finds himself under fire for acts he would never do—and worse, finds his friends under fire for it too—he knows his summertime hope was naive. As the bodies start to fall, and the pieces of the puzzle refuse to snap into place as easily as they did last year, the living realize its up to them once more to unravel the crimes of the present and crimes of the past. And maybe, just maybe, the first sins of Lord Voldemort himself...or whoever he was before.
