Fics like Hiding from the Rainfall

Ilya shudders, arms giving out from under him, and he collapses onto his elbows. Shane doesn’t realize how badly Ilya needs this, how much it feels like there is an animal clawing at his ribcage, baring its teeth. He wants to be soft, wants to make Shane feel appreciated for all he has done for him tonight; and yet it feels impossible to resist this carnal urge, like all this time he has been a wolf in sheep’s clothing, letting his prey feel useful before going in for the kill. “I can’t—” Ilya says, breathing already ragged despite his stillness. “I can’t be gentle, Shane.” He means it as a warning, though it comes out as more of an apology. Shane punches out an exhale, threads a hand into Ilya’s already-damp curls. “Don’t want you to be,” he says resolutely. “Want you to…want you to use me.” Or: the missing Tampa hotel room sex scene from ep 4.
