Fics like The End of the World, Unfortunately

The world has ended. Unfortunately, Jo Beck has always known the world to be a cruel trickster. It was supposed to be a couple days in the psych ward, instead the dead started walking. Handcuffed to a hospital bed, she finds herself trapped in a walker infested hospital. Then Rick Grimes wakes up. Injured, confused, and desperate to find his family. Rick is expecting to walk out of a hospital and start figuring out what happened to the world. He is not expecting to find a woman in a hospital gown beating walkers to death with the railing to said hospital bed. Suffice to say, at least Rick and Jo have each other. Unfortunately, that might be its own problem.
