Fics like Backwood Strays

Daryl Dixon and Carter Wyatt. Two men who came from the same rural run-down trailer park in nowhere Georgia. The kind of place you were never expected to make it out of. Not at all or at least not in one piece. Their friendship forged where abuse and addiction ran rampant around them, them both having the scars to prove it. Two bowmen in a rusted-out pickup truck with $72 dollars between them finally having enough of it all. Finally being able to breathe comes with having to confront the feelings about the other rough redneck standing next to you. Not to mention the looming apocalypse. *Updates are currently set in season 1*
