Fics like My Hope is You

Ryland Grace's ship glitches into a different universe on a flight through Tau Ceti's atmosphere for research and finds the blood oceans...and SImon. All the stars are gone, seemingly hopeless and unsure of what to do. Grace rescues SImon and brings him aboard the Hail Mary. Whatever God or being existed in this universe decided to glitch the Hail Mary back to it's original universe, along with a mutated Simon... The two go on a journy of learning to trust, get over their fears, learn to be comfortable with one another, and learn how to love.
