The metal under his arms was warm. This gave Parrot a lot to work with, actually. Firstly, metal. His bed wasn’t normally made of metal. That meant he was in an unknown location, or at least a different one. Secondly, arms. His arms were folded under his head. He wasn’t sure what that meant, but it didn’t quite make sense with the impersonality of the metal. On his left arm, there was something pressed against his skin, something he couldn’t quite identify. Thirdly, warm. Warm was the most unnerving part. Warm meant Parrot had been here a long time, and it was supported by the stiff feeling in his joints, as he tried to move. His ankles met leather, and something similar was around his waist, just above his tailbone. He was wearing… trousers, he was sure, but nothing above his waist. Not a good sign. load bearing 'non consensual body modification' tag that basically makes all the rest unnecessary. thats basically all you need to know.
