Fics like let us trade armour

Ilya and Shane play a game. Marly plays hockey differently from Shane, old-school in a way Shane can begrudgingly acknowledge for its effectiveness—different in a way Shane probably secretly finds hot. Not a real authority figure, which he would hate, but someone older, more experienced. (Ilya wonders if Shane ever let himself think this way about the older hockey bros he shared locker rooms with when he was a teenager. Probably not. He had probably jerked off thinking about Daniel Alfredsson getting a blowjob, and pretended he was into the girl giving it.) Ilya talks a lot of shit in the moment, whatever’s dirtiest, whatever will make Shane melt into his hands. Sometimes they are things they end up doing, sometimes not. Ilya could make this happen. Marly wants it, obviously, and he would follow Ilya’s lead.
