Fics like Out of Bounds

Gojo Satoru is Tokyo Metropolitan University’s golden boy. He’s a third-year basketball star, nationally recognized, rich as hell, absurdly talented, and basically untouchable on campus. His family has donated enough money to the university that professors know his last name before they know him. Everybody expects him to graduate, go pro, and continue being the ever-so-perfect Gojo heir. Except he’s exhausted. He stays late at the gym because basketball is the one place where nobody can tell him what he’s supposed to be. Unfortunately, even that has become another performance. Then there’s Geto Suguru. A transfer student from some tiny rural town outside Tokyo, Suguru was supposed to take over his parents’ bakery someday. Instead, he left, got into the punk scene, played guitar in a shitty local band, dropped out for a while, and eventually enrolled at Tokyo Metropolitan University. He doesn’t give a fuck about Satoru's family, reputation, basketball career, or general existence. Which is probably the most interesting thing that’s ever happened to Satoru.
