Julien fulfills a promise and locks Occtis up. Torn between fascination and embarrassment, Occtis lagged behind Julien a few steps as he was led into The Private Delight, a place that Julien had managed to locate so quickly that it was almost shocking. The shop was overwhelming, Occtis’s gaze caught between the glimmer of metal on one side of the shop to the cool dark colors of leather and fabric on the other, to wildly colorful outfits along the back wall. Julien didn’t hesitate, heading straight towards the gleaming metal. There was a dizzying array of… devices hung up for display, and Julien was immediately fingering through them, making soft little considering noises. “If we had more time in this city, I would get a piece custom-made for you,” Julien said, rubbing his thumb along a curved metal disc, and Occtis was intensely grateful that he couldn’t blush anymore.
