Fics like My New Best Friend has Guns

After Brand New Day, Peter Parker finally gets a chance at the life he thought he'd lost forever. For once, things seemed to be going well. He gets to be Spider-man without constantly carrying the weight of his past. Until a fracture in reality forces Doctor Strange to send him to another universe. Now Peter has to start all over again. While trying to fit in a world he never existed, he continues operating as Spider-man, eventually crossing paths with Gotham's Red Hood. Their masked identities clash constantly, but outside the masks, Peter begins forming an unexpected connection with Jason Todd. All while Spider-man is being hunted by the family of bats, of course.
