Fics like Ilya Rozanov's Guide to Post-Heat Aftercare

Ilya has rules for taking care of Shane in the drop after heat, and he follows them religiously. He knows when to wake him, when to carry him, what to feed him, which soaps won't make his skin crawl, and exactly how carefully to clean the nest without disturbing the things his omega needs. He has this down to a science. Fourteen rules, honed over years, and he's never once been caught off guard. Or; This is what post-mating looks like in the Hollander-Rozanov household. Ilya taking care of a loopy post-heat Shane, being a domestic king, with a little surprise for him at the end.
