“Ugh, forget it. It's embarrassing.” “I don't care. Spit it out.” Yunho is quiet for a long moment, and in that silence Wooyoung absorbs him with helpless attention — the heat rising off his friend’s body, the nervous flutter of his pulse at his throat, the way that smell keeps shifting in small increments, deepening, a banked fire finding more air. When Yunho finally speaks, it's soft, imperceptible, swallowed by the calm lap of water against stone. “Pleasure helps. With the pain. It's— it can ease it for a while.” Wooyoung's lungs stop cooperating. He chokes on nothing but oxygen and his own saliva, tearing a graceless noise out of him that’s more bark than cough. Pleasure. OR: Wooyoung is sick of Yunho avoiding him every waning moon. Yunho is embarrassed and would rather suffer alone, but unfortunately for him, there is no hiding from a fox.
