Terms And Conditions - Part II -------------------------- The secrets are out. Mira is a vampire. Zoey is a werewolf. Rumi is a demon. Bean is, unfortunately, still Bean. Knowing what your roommates are turns out to be the easy part. In the aftermath of a full moon gone violently wrong and a cursed artifact that nearly took Rumi’s memories with it, the household has some new rules to write: what has to be disclosed, what gets to stay private, what “protecting each other” does and does not permit, and why nobody is allowed to silently decide they’ve been rejected without actually asking. Meanwhile, six dead hunters have left behind something harder to clean up than bodies: information. Families, old loyalties, supernatural institutions, and people who think they know what monsters are supposed to look like are beginning to take an interest in the apartment. Mira, Zoey, and Rumi already chose to stay before they knew the whole truth. Now they have to decide what that choice actually means.
