Fics like Knives vs Needles (who will win)

Tony is just drifting off at his worktable, head resting comfortably in the crook of his elbow and drool steadily pooling on the surface below, when FRIDAY's Irish lilt blasts over the lab speakers. "Boss, your presence is likely required in the med-bay." He startles awake, hastily swiping his mouth with the sleeve of his sweatshirt. Heart racing from the abrupt wake-up, he groans, "Define 'likely'?" "It has not been directly requested-" she begins. "So why am I awake?" Tony interrupts. "When I haven't slept in two days, why have I been woken for anything less than the President turning up in person and begging for my audience?" "Based on past behaviour exhibited by yourself, I have come to the conclusion that it would be in the best interest of everyone involved for you to be there." And if that isn't ominous. Or: Peter ends up in the med-bay following a traumatic incident involving needles a few weeks prior. Now he's got a crippling fear of them and not everyone has been updated on this. Tony - who is still in his edgy keeping his distance phase - has to step in.
