Fics like Old World Blues

You’ve survived six years in Appalachia through careful preparation, quick thinking, and a complete inability to leave well enough alone. You have a C.A.M.P. full of junk, a modified Mr. Handy with a flamethrower, a cattle dog with better social skills than you, and enough aliases that you’ve stopped bothering to keep track. Life is good. Then a treasure map leads you over a mountain of radioactive barrels. One concussion, a newly adopted Vault Dweller, several questionable decisions, and a stolen pair of boots later, you cross paths with the Ghoul. Cooper Howard is a bounty hunter, an asshole, and a walking relic of a world you’ve spent the better part of six years dismantling for spare parts. Unfortunately, you think he’s kind of hot. Even more unfortunately, he keeps coming back. Based on the Fallout 76 update, "Burning Springs", featuring everyone's favorite Cowboy. (Follows along my own player adventures in the Wasteland)
