Fics like Strength In Sickness

It all goes wrong when Tim and Damian falls into the ice cold sea in the dead of night, after a drug bust gone wrong. Damian gets sick and with the support of Bruce, he recovers with flying colours. On the other hand Tim who also gets sick, insists on handling everything by himself with the generous help of his deeply problematic alcoholic dad, not to mention Tim's missing spleen in which he has never told a single soul. How will Tim hide his sickness from the world's greatest detective and assure him that he's one hundred percent fine? (or Tim learns to trust Bruce in moments of vulnerability, and subsequently learns to love himself a bit more.)
