“I’m sorry.” It takes all of a week of Cas pretending Dean doesn’t exist for him to cave in. “It’s fine, Dean.” Cas says frostily, pulling on his jacket with a sharp tug. He doesn’t even bother to look at Dean. “Don’t wait up.” He doesn’t come home for dinner that night. Or the next. Or on any night for the next two weeks.
