Fics like What's Left Unsaid

“Please, let me show you.” Remy leaned forward, blinking back tears as he studied her face, trying to memorize it. The small scar on her brow, the tilt of her smile, the deep green of her eyes. He drank in every detail, trying to carve it into his memory. He carded his hand through her hair, nodding. He caught her hand in his, expecting the pull of her powers to draw from him. Instead, he felt nothing. He opened his mouth in question, but was pulled down by her hand, her lips clumsily finding his. He inhaled sharply before melting into the kiss, his hand in her hair pulling her closer to him. Suddenly, he felt out of body. A push of power surged through him, then nothing. ---- Alternate Genosha ending where Rogue dies instead, and says all the things she couldn't before.
