Fics like Reunions

In the human world, during the fight against Unavaatu, Korra loses her connection to her past lives. This is, without question, a tragedy. But, in worlds the Avatar has never once ventured to, the blessing in disguise makes itself known. All of Korra's past lives suddenly appear, and they find themselves in a land full of people they had thought had disappeared forever. There are far too many Avatars, and far too many happy (and more complicated) reunions, for all of those stories to be told. So, this story is just about Avatar Kyoshi, and all the people she finds in that strange new world. Written for Kyoshi Era Week 2026 day 7. The prompts were Wild Card / Afterlife / Promises. My responses for days 4, 5, 6, and 7 are all chronologically linked. I really, really, strongly recommend you read this one last. It's best to start with day 4, "The One Woman Army".
