As a hunter for HunterCorp, Dean is no stranger to magical auctions--places where curses, spells, and even supernatural creatures can be bought. A chance meeting and a series of questionable decisions leaves Dean the owner of Castiel--an angel deemed so dangerous that he is delivered to Dean in chains. With no way to undo the spells binding him to Castiel, Dean resolves to make the best of the situation. As Castiel becomes first his partner and then his friend, Dean wars with his feelings towards Castiel and the knowledge that, if he ever wants to keep Castiel, he's first going to have to set him free. And that means changing the world.
