Fics like Avenging Jason Todd

"And the worst part is that I never got to tell him I love him. I would tell you to say hi to the big man for me, but we both know that's not where you're going." The vigilante says as she charges at the villain. The Joker's maniacal laugh is halted the second he realizes that she's serious. He sees the flash of a silver crowbar. Right as Reese is about to kill Joker the same way he killed Jason, she hears a robotic voice yell, "That's enough." She turns around to see Red Hood, pointing a welder at her."Are you serious? He's hurt so many people. How dare you try and stop me!" She yells. And as she raises the crowbar for another swing, he says, "This isn't your job. You need to leave. Batman will deal with him." She seethes in fury. "Do you think that Batman is the only one who's suffered at the hands of the Joker? We both know he won't ever take the step to kill him. But I will, and I will hurt you if you get in my way." When Reese lost Jason Todd, she didn't just lose a best friend. She lost the only person that made her feel complete, she lost the love of her life. Even if he didn't love her back, she knew that he was the one. And when she found out how he died, the only answer was revenge.
