Fics like litany of a spring day

Harry’s breath shook as he looked up at Louis, the omega’s hair glowing in the low light of the lamp as he spoke of the siren’s golden locks. “Beautiful, isn’t it?” wondered Louis, his voice soft as his gaze found Harry’s. The alpha found himself nodding, his Adam’s apple bobbing in his throat as he swallowed dryly. Yes, he thought, you are. His hands twitched by his sides—longing to reach out, knowing that they couldn’t. Harry is a sailor. On days forsaken by God, his ship, his flying fortress, his Lorelei, takes him sailing through Europe's fiery heavens. Each time, without fail, Germany’s nightmarish reefs lay right beneath him—until they don’t, until he crashes into them, until the rocks welcome his bewitched mind. Until a siren with treasure-like eyes causes him to fall.
