Fics like How Mary Bennet and Tom Hayward Saved Rosings (And Didn't Kill Anyone)

Tom Hayward is sent up to Kent by his friend Darcy as a representative for the reading of the late Lady Catherine de Bourgh's will. What he does not know is the absolute chaos he is about to step into at Rosings Park, a circus clearly held together by the sheer force of the estate manager, Mary Bennet. Modern AU.
