Fics like Of Vices and Virtue

The one time Alicent Hightower agrees to fly upon Syrax, two strange men fall from the sky, knock her and Rhaenyra from the dragon, and send all of them plunging into the sea. Or Baelor and Maekar were meant to die in a Trial of Seven. Instead, they wake up falling through the sky and accidentally take two very confused women down with them. _ “I have spent most of my life trying to be a good man, Alicent, although I have failed at it more often than I care to catalogue. I have tried to be patient when anger would have been easier, kept promises when breaking them would have benefited me, forgiven people I wanted to despise and protected people who could offer me nothing in return. If the gods can see all of those choices and still decide that loving Maekar condemns me more completely than cruelty, dishonesty or cowardice ever could, then I am forced to wonder what goodness was meant to be for.” Alicent’s breath trembled but Baelor persisted, “Would you condemn me then for loving Maekar like how you condemn yourself for loving Rhaenyra?” __ This will be very slow burn and a bit slow moving in plot with lots of politics and very dialogue heavy.
