Fics like The claws of the sabertooth.

Erza Scarlet takes a solo job high in the mountains hoping a straightforward monster hunt will quiet the loneliness she’s been carrying since her friends drifted into their own relationships. What she finds waiting at the nest is not solitude but Minerva Orland, former enemy and current uneasy ally as the last person Erza expected to share a battlefield with. A brutal job, an unexpected reward of three free days at a remote mountain spa and far too much forced proximity begin to blur the lines between old hostility and something new but far more complicated. Two women ready to bury the hatchet of an old rivalry. One quiet mountain retreat. A tension neither of them is ready to name. What could possibly go wrong. . . ? Chapter 3: Strawberry cake. (SEGGS)
