Fics like Apartment no.111 has a magic problem

Chan moves to Daejeon for one very simple reason: college Well, that and the cheap rent. He was only hoping to survive college and live his life – Unfortunately, Apartment 111 comes with twelve neighbours he definitely didn’t ask for. Twelve neighbours who are a 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 too strange, with tea that tastes like silk, and enough unexplained things happening around them to make Chan question his eyes. He really should mind his own business.. And yet, somewhere between ‘𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴’ and ‘𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳?’, Chan finds himself becoming part of something he never knew existed. Maybe getting a little lost was exactly what he needed. OR chan moves next to appartment no 111 and (accidentally? More like stupidly) gets pulled into supernatural society and somehow ends up in a coven where he's loved as he should be (so it's all good.. god teach this kid to 𝘯𝘰𝘵 be obvious..)
