Fics like Overture

He glances towards Zero, wondering what card they might play next if this is the game they're playing now, but he isn't quite ready for what he's met with. They put two fingers to their head-set's mic and forcefully push it closer to their face as their vocals lower into a spine tingling melody, eyes meeting Rust's with not much more than a devious squint. Rust feels they way he flushes under his helmet, he can't help the way his hand holds up to stroke his own throat somewhat forcefully, and when he eyes Zero again they just tilt their head and spins on their heel with what can only be assumed to be a smile. Fucker. - Or: Rust gets introduced to the band and he and Zero can hardly keep from flustering each other.
