Fics like Two cats in a box

In the photo Albert had been provided of Chris Redfield before his initiation into S.T.A.R.S., the boy had been wearing his full Fighter Pilot ensemble, including a peaked cap that shadowed his face and obscured the upper half of his head. This was important, because it gave Albert the impression that he was dealing with a bog-standard human rather than another dog like Jill, or a bear like Barry. They were much simpler to handle than hybrids and, as a result, weren’t required to disclose their secondary-race characteristics on their resumes. But when Chris Redfield came striding in on the day of his initiation, he was not a bog-standard human as Albert had initially assessed. He had two, flicking ears atop his head, dark brown and dusted with pink inside. They were too small and broad to be anything but a cat's ears. In any case, it didn’t take him long to notice the matching tail, long and graceful, swaying from side to side as Chris flicked his slitted, bright blue eyes over Albert. Chris is a cat; Wesker is a larger cat, and they do cat things together.
