Fics like eyes closed

Zhang Shuaibo had been hopelessly in love with Steven Kim ever since they met. Unfortunately, Steven only saw Shuaibo as a friend. Unrequited love was never easy, but after twelve years, Shuaibo had at least grown used to it. A sharper kind of pain settled into the cracks of his heart when Steven met and instantly fell for JL Gaspar, Shuaibo’s cousin. Meanwhile, Park Han had always been a player. He knew what he wanted and never failed to get it. For years, he seduced both men and women with no promise of anything beyond a good time in bed. That stopped the moment he met Jeongwoo. One look and he fell hard. But time was a cruel mistress—he met Jeongwoo on Jeongwoo’s wedding day, to Han’s own cousin, Jinho. On the first anniversary of the wedding, Park Han meets Zhang Shuaibo. Both notice the unease of one another being there. They strike up a conversation that blooms into friendship. Neither says it, but both know they share the same tragic story of unrequited love. When Steven proposes to JL, Shuaibo arrives at Han’s apartment in tears. Han offers comfort and an arrangement: when the loneliness grows too heavy, they will fill the emptiness with reckless intimacy.
