Fics like If the Story Won't Choose You, I Will

You fell into the world of a game you once knew. And somehow, it seems to be your job to get the story back on track. Sounds simple enough, right? Yeah. No. It doesn't take long to realize that fixing a story is a lot harder when things aren't unfolding the way you remember them. Familiar faces aren't quite the same, forgotten pieces of the game are beginning to resurface, and events that definitely weren't part of the original story keep finding their way into the narrative. Then there are the things that shouldn't be here at all. Characters whose stories were never given the chance to begin. Memories you don't remember making. And you. Someone who, as far as you can tell, was never supposed to be part of this story in the first place. The more you try to put everything back where it belongs, the harder it becomes to tell what "back on track" is even supposed to mean. You don't know why you're here. You don't know what your involvement is going to change. And you definitely don't know who or what you'll find along the way. All you know is that the story has already begun to change. And somehow, you're becoming part of it. (Updates Every Weekend)
