Fics like Summer's Here

"You're going to hate him," Rosier says plainly. "But he's an excellent drummer." At this point in his life, Regulus is not certain there is any hate left in his heart. Any love either. Really, strong emotions are not a part of his emotional palette anymore; that had always been Sirius's forte, not his. He is content with mild-mannered, even-tempered contempt and approval, nothing more or less. It is easier, most of the time, to avoid feeling anything at all. "Can he start Monday?" is all Regulus asks, instead of a single follow-up question. Regulus Black is busy managing his brother and Remus Lupin's band, Wolf/Star, and their upcoming world tour. He keeps himself so busy, in fact, that he does not have time to think about his own unhappiness, loneliness, or the aching desires he's spent his whole life pushing down. Enter chaotic drummer Barty Crouch and an instant attraction that will upend every part of Regulus's life, whether he wants it to or not.
