Fics like You're Putting Money on Red, (I'm a Sure Bet on a Losing Streak)

Tony Stark has been through the wringer after the mess with the Accords, and getting used to Captain Perfect and his parent-killing boy toy moving into his tower (not that he holds a grudge or anything). On top of that, Fury and the Capsicle are obsessed with some 20 something webslinging-vigilante from Queens, and are insisting that he help in bringing the kid in. 16-year-old Peter Parker has been living on the streets since he ran away from his foster home after beating up his abusive foster dad. He’s also Spider-Man, and after losing everyone he's ever cared about, is doing what he needs to survive as a traumatized teenage superhero in NYC. Meanwhile, his idol Tony Stark and his gang of superheroes keep trying to kidnap him, not knowing they are attacking a 16-year-old kid.
