Fics like Last (and only) resort.

Lucy Hobb, is technically just a fancy accountant, thats what the census says, she lives with her little brother that she has guardianship over after the death of their parents. She should have a normal life. Lucy Hobb and her brother Ben, have nothing close. Mutants in a world that seeks to cut them out like a cancer for simply being born different, though before those who would do them harm can get to them, Ben is closer to death than Lucy could have imagined and she needs the help of a certain fake student of a Dr banner to make her an inhibitor, not so that ben can grow up normal, but so ben can make it through the night without dying
