Fics like Gummi Goodbye

It was the night before the final battle against Xehanort. Riku and Sora couldn't sleep and were messaging each other on their gummiphones when they made a promise. However, Sora lost his memories of certain moments with Riku when he rewrote the fates and afterwards he spent his last few moments saving Kairi before he disappears. Every few days Riku messages Sora on how he is doing even though he can't respond back. He accidentally confesses during his endless lament. Riku feeling much despair, misses Sora and wishes they could see the worlds together like they promised. But once he returns Sora sees his messages and everything changes.
