Fics like Treason

Captured by Azula, dying once by lightning, branded a traitor, living through hell, and sentenced to death, Zuko could not catch a break. As his execution drew closer and he came to realize there was nowhere left for him to go back to after betraying his uncle, Fate decided he hadn't had enough and threw the last person he wanted to see in his last days at him... Meanwhile, Sokka was struggling through his own grief after the North Pole when his patience with Aang ran out. He decided to take his own path, only for the universe to disagree with him almost immediatly, and he was dragged further than he ever wished to... Like a flourishing seed, an encounter in the depths of a mountain sets in motion a new story, new events, and new adventures to explore... This is the story of the banished Prince who became a traitor... Way earlier than he was supposed to... --------- An AU story where the banished prince joins the team earlier. It will mostly follow the canon plot, but with several changes, especially at the start. It's also more mature. Be warned that it contains violence, trauma, grief, and other heavy topics. Status: Daily Updated (for now)
