Fics like That Which Seeks

Time carries no meaning in the Imperial archives on Coruscant. Buried as they are beneath levels upon levels of steel and duracrete, they never witness the sun. The light which illuminates their aisles is sentient-made, fluorescent bulbs thrumming dull red so that the relics in their aegis will never fade. The flimsi tomes and artifacts are kept in the manner of hallowed bodies within a mausoleum, forbidden from decay. Preserved at the moment of their death for all of time to come. Desire, devotion, and the meaning of truth in the years of the Empire. Deep within the Imperial archives, six ghosts of the Republic are summoned to discuss love in its many forms. This is Plato’s Symposium restaged with the women of Star Wars.
