Fics like Under His Eye

As this is set in Gilead and based on The Handmaids Tale, you should take the tags seriously. I dead doved this for a reason. I will apply warnings on chapters as we go. But if you find non-con triggering do not read this. If you find The Handmaids Tale triggering do not read this. If you find the tags triggering in any way, please do not read this. There will NOT be non-con in this chapter but I want to tell you from the off that in developing the outline of this fic, I have made firm plot point decisions. And there will non-con, and a “sort of” non-con scene between Ilya and Shane. Neither of them will want to do it, Ilya will NOT want to do it - but if you have watched THT, you’ll know how the ceremony happens between June and Commander Lawrence. It’ll be my take on that type of ceremony. I want to be clear from the jump so if this work is not for you then please, take care of yourself and do not read it (but it will not be for quite a while). All of that being said, if you’re sticking around I really, really hope you enjoy this because it will be a labour of love. I believe THT is essential reading/watching especially in 2026 and I hope that this version can be “fun” (????) for you too.
