Fics like blame it on your lips, your touch, your kiss

Zanka loves his earrings. He hates going out without them, it’s part of his appearance at this point. Zanka loves the drawings Team Child, and now Rudo, have drawn for him. They’re not exactly good, but that’s fine, he puts them up on the wall anyway. Zanka loves the little bracelets and anklets Riyo makes for him when she’s bored. He wears them underneath his clothes. (Still, there’s no doubt that any of those items can compare to his beloved treasure, of course.) Despite this, he can’t say that he’s downright possessive of said items, save for Lovely. Due to his upbringing, it’s like any materialism has been trained out of him. As Zanka grips Lovely’s handle so hard his knuckles turn white, bites the inside of his mouth until he tastes iron, glaring so hard his eyes start to hurt, Zanka finds that materialism and possessiveness are very different things. — Or :: Zanka learns the difference between possessiveness of an object, and possessiveness of a person. The latter being a fuel for jealousy that shouldn’t exist.
