Fics like The Princes of Mandalore

The Jedi Council refuses to train Anakin Skywalker, dismissing the former slave as too old and too burdened by fear. Unwilling to abandon the boy, Qui-Gon Jinn makes a bold decision that sends shockwaves through the Order and entrusts Anakin to the care of the one man he believes can keep him safe: Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Padawan who chose love over the Jedi. (Aka, Qui-Gon wants to train Anakin without council approval so he gets help from Prince Consort Obi-Wan Kenobi-Kryze of Mandalore)
