Yūka Junketsu has a trouble family historiy related to crimes commited in world war 2, her family absolutely ashamed of all these crimes try to hide them away but she becomes fascinated with the story of eugenics and genetical superiority so as she grows up she starts to believe that she must search for the perfect man to take over the world and replace all races and people including her own with this man's genes, she eventually finds who she believes is to be the perfect candidate. Except this candidate is a normal fucking person.
