Fics like Project: Null

Type Null, the creation of a madman seeking limitless power. His flaw was that he only used pokemon for the procedure, and so it turned against him when it was captured. What if we used something a bit more easily cowed... After Rocket's dissolution, many splinters still remained in regions outside of Kanto. Some would attempt to reform the old empire, while others would spiral off into their own horrors. In a far-off region from the ones we know, Rocket experiments with a familiar idea in unfamiliar ways. 10 kidnapped Trainers with familiar faces, all hanging on as best they can, and getting ready for the prison-break of a lifetime.
