Fics like Forget And Forgive (In That Order)

After Vox gets his head ripped off, he suffers short-term memory corruption, conveniently forgetting the past seventy years. Lost in this new Hell and surrounded by people he doesn't recognise, Vox ends up at the Hazbin Hotel and is relieved to find his best friend, Alastor, is also staying there. Alastor doesn't buy it and sets out to prove that Vox is manipulating him, but after a while, he starts to realise that Vox isn't playing a game and that he might have a second chance with this happier, younger version of his picturebox. So what if he has to bottle up the crippling anxiety and trauma of Vox trying to permanently kill him via angelic cannon? He can deal with the nightmares as long as he gets to have this version of Vox. Of course when Vox's memories return, he neglects to tell Alastor. And everything gets messy when Alastor finds out.
