Fics like and that's the lovin' sound!

There was a thick silence for a second. Then, slowly, deliberately, Matt twirls a thick lock of blond hair around his forefinger and gives a sharp tug. “Hnngh-” Mello lets out a small, involuntary whimper he immediately tries to mask as a cough. “Huh…” Leaning down with an evil looking smirk, Matt lets out a chuckle. The scent of stale tobacco and that fucking cologne washes over him. “Would you look at that? And here I thought you said you were just scared of a bad haircut.” “Let go,” Mello hisses. “Not a chance.” Soft breath hits the side of his cheek, and he almost can’t take it anymore. Matt circles around to the front of the chair, sneaking a glance downward. Just as he suspected: a conspicuous bulge in his shiny, leather pants. --- Mello's hair gets fried from the explosion. Unfortunately, he has a very specific kink, and Matt just offered to give him a trim.
