Fics like Winnie-the-Pooh and Mick Jagger too

Sequel to Hundred Acre Wood Blues. Five years later, Pooh and Brian Jones (now going by the name Christopher Robin) are best of friends, but there's still lots of challenges up ahead. In the meantime, the original Christopher Robin Milne decides to make one final visit to the Hundred Acre Wood in order to finally lay his famous past to rest. He is completely unprepared for what he finds. Why didn't anyone tell him about all the changes in the woods? And who is this new Christopher Robin living at his childhood home?
