Fics like Captain of Yesterday

After defeating a mysterious Devil Fruit user who ambushed the Straw Hats on an ordinary island, Luffy believes the danger has passed. The next morning proves otherwise when every member of his crew wakes up fifteen years younger, their memories erased until the point before they ever met him. Now surrounded by children who don't remember becoming pirates, Luffy suddenly finds himself cooking meals, calming nightmares, settling arguments, carrying sleepy crewmates, and somehow captaining the Thousand Sunny alone. As days turn into weeks, the crew slowly begins forming new bonds with the man they only know as the gentle older brother... or perhaps the mother they never knew they needed. But the curse isn't simply making them younger. Someone is quietly collecting the memories stolen from the Straw Hats—and if Luffy cannot uncover the truth before the children's new identities replace their old ones forever, the family he crossed the sea to build may disappear without remembering him at all.
