Fics like Extra Credit Doesn't Cover This

NRC dropping a mandatory, nine-week group performance project on the first-years goes about as well as anyone would expect. The entire freshman block is instantly thrown into absolute chaos, trying to juggle killer choreography, housewardens breathing down their necks, and a mountain of actual homework. But between the late-night stress and joint-dorm drama, it’s honestly kind of a blast—mostly because everyone is suffering together. For Yuu, the endless rehearsals, cheap grocery runs, and cooking for a constantly starving crew feel strangely familiar. Without a drop of magic, Yuu just relies on good old-fashioned group project discipline, turning the whole nine-week mess into a warm, chaotic taste of back home.
