Fics like When The Dust Settles

“Push me away. If you tell me to stop, I’ll stop.” Then - Dan Heng kisses him. The lips under his are familiar, the body against his solid and warm. But Blade, frozen in place, doesn’t kiss him back. Shit. He doesn’t want this. Embarrassed, Dan Heng pulls away with an apology on his tongue, but a pair of strong arms pull him in forcefully, and Blade is kissing him, fervently, furiously. --- Summary: After Blade turns down Dan Heng’s offer to accompany him to the World in Canvas, Dan Heng finds that he regrets not confessing to Blade. Blade comes back alive of course, and Dan Hengs attempts to tell Blade his feelings. Silliness ensues. i.e. ex-husbands to enemies to exes with benefits ft. a ton of banter. (For the second half of the fic, just pretend planarcadia wraps up nicely)
