Fics like read my mind

To put it bluntly, Dan was bored. He was almost 30 years old, he was still closeted, still in his same shitty hometown, taking the same routes he had been taking for 5 years, and he had nothing to show for anything. No friends, no boyfriend, just a tiny little flat 10 minutes from his parents, a job he tolerated, and a savings account. He couldn’t do much with the first two things on that list, but when the job opportunity came up for the position in London, he had a few ideas of things he could do with the last. Phil loves his job, he loves London, but he can't help but feel like something is missing from his life. Single life has been nice for the past year, but he's ready to get back out there. Lucky for him, there's a cute new English teacher working at his school this year. It should be easy - They are exactly what the other one needs. But nothing good is ever easy, really.
