Fics like Winter is Leaving

Zeke genuinely believed he was playing the hero when he jumped to save his crush from an oncoming truck, but life had other plans. He just got wiped out instantly, and the infamous truck-kun sent him straight into the pages of a fantasy novel. He opened his eyes to discover he had been reincarnated as Lumi, an admittedly gorgeous minor noble character. This guy exists solely to throw petty shade at the main characters, which basically guarantees that the ridiculously overpowered Male Lead, Onyx, will brutally eliminate him by chapter fifteen. Zeke understands this specific trope inside and out, so his game plan involves hiding in the shadows and avoiding all contact with the main cast. Every single attempt to escape just forces the story to drag him right back into the spotlight, and Onyx suddenly starts watching his every move with unsettling interest.
